OMFG....I am so irritated. I have been trying for 3 months to pay my Macy's card online and I keep getting a message that says the payment system is currently unavailable. For 3 months? Really? Then when I go to pay on the phone if I don't talk to a representiive they want a $15 fee. NO!!!!! I don't live close enough to a Macy's to just go and pay it and I refuse to mail the payment when they say I can pay it online. I am so frustrated. I to the point of not wanting to pay it at all and say f**k it. But....then that will be bad for my credit. They wonder why people are losing their jobs and when you get ahold of a person you can tell they are not american. There is something wrong with this world. Maybe if we gave the jobs to americans we wouldn't be in this bad of a state. Sorry for the rant....still holding for the techincal person. 15 minutes and counting. Hmmm.....anyone want to bet it takes 30 min. Ugg. Thank god for the vent shaft. I feel a little better.

It took 28 minutes and it was my old Filenes number that was holding everything up. I talked to tech support and we changed my profile/credit card number and it worked. I am not really sure why it was a problem though when I have been paying it online all along. Oh well....it is fixed.
