I have been on hold with Capital1 for 20 minutes. The internet site is down and they said to call so I did. Usually there is an option to pay by phone well it went right to a message that said that they are experiencing high call volume. Yah think....then when they finally answered 22 minutes later they couldn't help and they gave me a number for the automated system to pay it....well that was wrong.
I finally got the right number and was able to pay by phone for free but what at hassle.
