I am very sad tonight. I talked to Peggy (my ex's wife) tonight when I got home from my Bible study group and she was a mess. We both started crying and she was telling me that Shawn and the kids are a mess too. I am fine when I am busy but as soon as I get a few minutes to think about my son I break down. I just don't get where his mind is right now. He is supposedly headed to TN. Well it is 10:30pm and he still has not left. I am talking to him now.

Still dealing with crap. My sister called and brought all of James stuff to the house. It is a stereo and his clothes. I am washing everything as I am not sure what is clean and what is not. I am chatting with him on Facebook right now. There is so much drama and I am not sure what is real and what is not true. I hate it.
He says he is not lieing about anything. I told him he had so much going for him and right now he has nothing....the people he is hanging around with are trouble but he doesn't see it. He is blind. I just want to hug him but I also want to yell and scream at him. It bothers me so much. I go to bed worring and wake worring and when I have time to think forget it.
He needs to make his own mistakes and I get that but....

Praying he makes the right choices. But sometimes you have to stumble and fall before you see the light.

I hope he saw the light that was the newspaper this morning. Aparently the people that he is hanging around with Kidnapped a 19 year old boy and were threatening to rape and kill him. I got to see him on Saturday and Shawn had C tell james how she was feeling about him etc. I think it go to him. He was just about crying. Anyways....fast forward to this morning.....
MONTAGUE, Mass. (WGGB) — Kyle Holden, the final suspect wanted in connection with the assault and kidnapping of a 19-year-old homeless man, has been taken into custody.
According to Montague Police, 18 year old Holden turned himself into the police department Monday morning. Holden is in the process of being booked, and is scheduled to be arraigned in Greenfield District Court later Monday.
Holden is being charged with Accessory before the Fact, Conspiracy, and Kidnapping
The homeless man was taken against his will last Wednesday.
According to Police Sergeant Chip Dodge, lead attacker Johnny Lopez threatened to kill and rape the victim. The suspects drove the victim to a home in Montague. The victim tried to escape from the car, but one of the alleged attackers grabbed his feet. The victim eventually managed to escape and call 911.
The group was apparently retaliating because they say the victim assaulted the 14 year-old daughter of one of the attackers.
Six other people were arrested Saturday, and are due in court Monday.
The others arrested are:
Johnny Lopez, 28, of Turners Falls – Charged with Kidnapping, Assault and Battery, Assault to Murder, Thereat to Commit a crime (murder), Conspiracy, and Threat to Commit a Crime (Rape) Seth Joseph Girard Lemieux, 18, of Gill – Charged with Accessory before the Fact, Conspiracy, and Kidnapping Robin Shafer, 18, of Turners Falls – Charged with Kidnapping, Assault and Battery, Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon, Threat to Commit a Crime (Murder), and Conspiracy Marcus Thompson, 27, of Shelburne – Charged with Accessory before the Fact, Conspiracy, and Kidnapping Gina Artuc, 44, of Westfield – Charged with Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon, Threat to Commit a Crime, and Accessory after the Fact. Dawn Shafer, 44, of Turners Falls – Charged with Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon, Accessory before the Fact, and Kidnapping. ABC40 has a crew in court and will have the latest as it becomes available.
He could have been there. Johny and Seth are two of the kids he has been hanging with. I am so grateful he is smartening up. There were so many red flags and i think his talk with us this weekend helped.

More info: Kyle Holden, 7th suspect in kidnapping of homeless man, turns himself in to Montague police Victim Branden Stebbins was beaten Updated: Monday, 26 Mar 2012, 12:55 PM EDT Published : Monday, 26 Mar 2012, 11:44 AM EDT
Anthony Fay TURNERS FALLS, Mass. (WWLP) - The seventh and final suspect wanted in connection with the alleged kidnapping of a 19 year-old homeless man , turned himself in to Montague police Monday morning.
Kyle Holden, 18, of Northfield is charged with kidnapping, conspiracy, and accessory before the fact for his alleged role in the abduction of Branden Stebbins.
According to Montague Police Sgt. Charles Dodge, Stebbins was taken from Energy Park in Greenfield on Wednesday, and later bound with duct tape, beaten with baseball bats, and threatened with rape and murder.
Dodge says Holden was one of the passengers in the vehicle into which Stebbins was taken. Stebbins was brought to 144 Seventh Street in Turners Falls, and it was there that he was allegedly beaten and threatened.
After a neighbor who witnessed the attack reported the incident to police, Stebbins had been taken away into a car. He managed to escape near Montague Plains, but not before having his arm run over, and being threatened with a gun. Holden is also alleged to have been a passenger in the vehicle during that ride.
Six other suspects, Johny Lopez, Seth Lemieux, Robin Shafer, Marcus Thompson, Gina Antruc, and Dawn Shafer were arrested on Saturday.
Lopez, who Dodge says is the one who forced Stebbins into the vehicle, threatened to rape and kill him, and later threatened him with the gun, is facing the most charges. He is charged with kidnapping, assault and battery, assault to murder, threat to commit murder, threat to commit rape, and conspiracy.
Stebbins told police that the attack was motivated by the accusation that he physically assaulted Dawn Schafer's 14 year-old daughter.
All seven suspects are scheduled for arraignment Monday in Greenfield District Court.
