I know:
1) It's okay to like the pretty, sensitive, neurotic, and gifted song-writing frontman. 2) It's okay to like the cool, zen-like, intense, and super-kickass drummer. 3) It's okay to like the Goo who once was, but no longer is.
However, I know for a fact that it's okay to like the enigmatic, energetic, effervescent, and intensely unique Goo-glue that's held it all together time and time again. Robby's my man. 'nuff said.

They are all incredible and talented men; however for me( as everyone knows anyway lol) John is my favorite - an incredibly humble, gifted, compassionate, insighful, generous and beautiful man with such a great sense of humor, and respect for humanity! His lyrics have touched me in such a deep way, I thank God I finally got Goo!!

I love his sense of humor and his spirit. His lyrics have had such an impact on my life. There's only been one other singer/songerwriter who has had a similar impact and I've been a music lover ever since I was very young. I am so thankful that I rediscovered Goo a few years ago!! My life hasn't been the same since. Two other things that I forgot to add were how I admire him for overcoming some of the things that he experienced when he was younger and the fact that even though he he still gets nervous about doing certain things (like going on stage), he does it anyways. For someone who's had alot of my own fears to deal with, he is a wonderful example of feeling the fear/nervousness and doing it anyways.

Well, said, everyone... They're all great, and John is an amazing person. He is extremely gifted, and he's a wonderful role model. If I had kids, I'd encourage them to look to him, and the other two Goos, as role models. John's DEFINITELY my second-fav! LOL!!!
....Ok, stop me if I'm going too far out on a limb, here.... but.. Like, if we could just take John and Robby, and, like combine them somehow.... Would that not make the perfect man? I mean, for serious? Add in some sprinkles of Mike, too, and it'd be epic. (read: YAY, let's play Frankenstein!)

Johnny because I love Black Balloon, and a lot of other songs that he wrote. I love his voice, melodies and lyrics.
